📜 Terms and Conditions of Service (Treatment)

By booking a lice treatment with Lice Fix, you agree to the following service terms:

1. Appointments & Availability

⦁ All treatments are by appointment only, subject to technician availability.
⦁ Bookings should be made in advance.
⦁ If a client is not home or not ready within 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule to meet other obligations.

 

2. Payment Terms

⦁ To confirm a booking, a 50 AED deposit is required at least 6 hours prior to the appointment.
⦁ This amount is deducted from your final bill and is valid for rescheduling within 15 days if cancellation is on time.
⦁ Full payment is due immediately after each session.
⦁ Prices vary by hair length and infestation severity.
⦁ Additional sessions are charged separately.

 

3. Transportation Fees

⦁ A transportation fee applies to each visit and is calculated based on your location.
⦁ This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

4. Follow-Up Policy

⦁ Follow-up checks are separate services and not included in the first treatment price.
⦁ They must be booked within 5 to 7 days of the first session.
⦁ Prices vary by the number of individuals treated.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

⦁ Must be done at least 6 hours before the appointment.
⦁ Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
⦁ Repeated no-shows may require full advance payment for future bookings.

 

6. Service Scope

⦁ We use chemical-free conditioner and professional lice combs for manual lice and nit removal.
⦁ No chemicals or pesticides are used.
⦁ One session is often enough, but a second session may be needed for more severe cases.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible to:
⦁ Be on time and ready at the location
⦁ Ensure one adult capable of decision-making is present
⦁ Disclose any scalp sensitivities beforehand
⦁ Keep children calm and cooperative
⦁ Follow post-treatment care instructions
⦁ Reschedule any follow-up or second session proactively, if required
